Luxury Resort Town
An Eco-Centric Masterplan for Exclusive Living
This 82 hectare masterplan envisions an exclusive luxury resort community designed around environmental responsibility, green mobility, and long term sustainability. The project integrates residential, recreational, commercial, and sports facilities into a cohesive urban ecosystem tailored for high end living.
At its core, the development establishes a self-sustaining environmental cycle where landscape, water management, mobility systems, and architectural design operate as an interconnected framework.
Design Vision
The masterplan prioritizes pedestrian and bicycle circulation over vehicular dominance, creating a network of shaded green boulevards, linear parks, and recreational corridors. Movement through the site is structured along a central civic spine anchored by a landmark water feature and public plaza, forming both a visual and social axis.
This hierarchy of movement reinforces spatial clarity while enhancing walkability, environmental comfort, and community interaction.
Sustainability Strategy
The project incorporates advanced green architectural technologies and sustainable infrastructure systems, including:
Integrated landscape and microclimate regulation
Solar energy integration and energy-efficient building envelopes
Water recycling and sustainable irrigation systems
Reduced car dependency through green mobility planning
The result is a development that balances luxury with ecological responsibility.
Residential Strategy
Half of the site (41 hectares) is dedicated to low-density residential use. Approximately 1,300 exclusive villas are distributed across generous 1,000 m² plots to ensure privacy, tranquility, and a strong connection to landscape.
Residential clusters are carefully positioned to maintain exclusivity while remaining seamlessly connected to shared amenities and recreational facilities.
Urban Character
Rather than a conventional housing development, the project functions as a high-end resort-scale urban environment, combining architectural identity, environmental performance, and lifestyle design into a unified masterplan.
It is conceived not only as a place to live, but as a curated living experience.
